Equipment:
Large mixing bowl
Baking sheets with 1/2" sides
Ingredients:
1/2 packet active dry yeast
2 cups flour
2/3 cup warm water
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons sugar
Preparation:
1.Mix warm water and yeast in bowl, allow yeast to activate
2.Slowly mix in flour, oil and sugar
3.Knead until all flour is incorporated and the dough's stickiness decreases. Add more oil if necessary
4.Form dough into smooth ball
5.Put dough ball into oiled bowl
6.Allow to rise for 1 hour
7.Punch down dough, allow to rest for 10 minutes
8.Take portion of dough and spread into oiled baking sheet, making sure edges go to top of sides
9.Top as you will
10.Bake in 425°F oven for 8 to 10 minutes
