Equipment:
Large mixing bowl
Deep Frier
Paper Bag
Ingredients:
1/2 packet active dry yeast
2 cups flour
2/3 cup warm water
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons sugar
1 cup cinnamon sugar
Preparation:
1.Mix warm water and yeast in bowl, allow yeast to activate
2.Slowly mix in flour, oil and sugar
3.Knead until all flour is incorporated and the dough's stickiness decreases. Add more oil if necessary
4.Form dough into smooth ball
5.Put dough ball into oiled bowl
6.Allow to rise for 1 hour
7.Punch down dough, allow to rest for 10 minutes
8.Pinch off 1-inch diamerter ball of dough
9.Flatten to palm size
10.Fry until puffy and golden brown
11.Put cinnamon sugar in paper bag, add fried dough, shake to coat
